LAD MEDICAL CENTRE to the glory of God and service to humanity was established in 1997 through the vision of its Proprietor and the first Chief Medical Director, Dr. Olayide Majeed OLADIPUPO, BSc (Health Science), MB, CH.B, M.Ph, Diploma in family medicine.
It started its modest operation in a rented apartment at Orita Challenge, Kilometre 1 Old Ibadan- Lagos Road, Ibadan. The initial aim was to provide quality health care services to the teaming population in the locality who do not have access to government hospitals, the closest of which is more than five kilometres away.
Through a lot of hard work and cooperation of our loyal staff, the hospital was able to build its own edifice, almost adjacent the building where it took off. The hospital building is well equipped with modern medical facilities, comfortable and serene environment for in and out patients.
This enables the hospital to expand its services in vital areas of medicine such as Primary Health Care, Paediatrics, Surgery, obstetrics and Gynaecological services. The hospital is registered with Oyo State Health Management Board. It is also NHIS accredited primary provider and secondary provider in Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Laboratory services.
